Today at uScovery DMCC, Mr. Sinan K.K., Lead Auditor from SWTUV Certifications, conducted the Surveillance 1 procedure to evaluate improvements and the effectiveness of our management system in line with the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards. During the audit, the following actions were carried out:
• Monitoring effectiveness, measurement, reporting, and analysis in accordance with key objectives and performance indicators, while ensuring compliance with the relevant management standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of control over the client’s key processes, conducting internal audits and reviews, and assessing the management's responsibility for company policies.
This step is essential for securing the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications for the upcoming year.
